Amanda Rhind-Tutt, Assoc. CIPD, is a qualified HR Professional with over 17 years experience in HR Generalist roles. Prior to joining Custom Pharma Services in 2010, Amanda developed her skills and knowledge across a broad variety of industries such as Hospitality, Telecoms and the Fire and Rescue service.
Amanda has been instrumental in streamlining and improving HR processes during her time here, and stepped up into the role of Head of People & Culture in 2021.
