We are pleased to announce that Investors in People (IIP) has awarded Custom Pharma Services a
‘We invest in people’, silver accreditation, recognising our effective employee engagement and
approach to creating a supportive environment to work in.
Setting the standard for people management for workplaces in the UK, Investors in People credits
organisations with using the right principles and can evidence that employees are benefitting from
them.
We were recognised due to the various policies we uphold, including diversity and fair treatment
throughout the recruitment process and employment. As a Living Wage Employer and a proud
