Recruitment: As your prospective employer, the Company needs to keep and process information about you for recruitment. The information we hold and process will be used for our management and administrative use only.

We will keep and use it to enable us to run the business and manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately during the recruitment process.

If your application for employment is successful we will provide you with a further document detailing how your data will be processed.

The information we may hold includes your application form, copy of your passport (if invited for interview) and any other information or documentation you provide to us during the recruitment process.  CCTV is in use for the prevention of crime and for security.

By consenting to this, you are giving us permission to perform those actions.

We will only disclose information about you to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so or where we need to comply with our contractual duties to you, for instance we may need to pass on certain information to Job Centre Plus to confirm interview attendance.

We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date and not keep it for longer than is necessary. We will use our discretion to ensure that we do not keep records outside of our normal business requirements. Unless you state otherwise, we will keep all recruitment records for 1 year from the date of application.

Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Moreover, the information you provide will be subject to rigorous measures and procedures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Other: As a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products we are regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA). The Company may need to keep and process the information you submit to us for regulatory reasons. Due to the nature of your contact with us, we may be obliged to pass your data on to the relevant licence owner. We will inform you if this is the case. Any other information we hold and process will be used for our management and administrative use only. We will keep and use it to enable us to run the business and manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately.
